This means that the leather will stay soft and supple, while other leathers might dry out and crack. SPR™ leather offers protection against and resists caustic alkali, sulfuric acid, calcium hydroxide, potassium phosphate and caustic potash, which means your boots will be \”barnyard-proof\”.Durability and performance continues with the \”Poly Wedge ULTRA\” outsole of this men\’s boot. This sole resists oils, chemicals and abrasions. In addition to being non-marking, this outsole is also slip-resistant.Goodyear® welt construction enhances the boot\’s strength and durability. There\’s also a steel shank for stability.This 8-inch full-grain leather work boot has a covered cushion insole and a padded gusset for comfort.
